I. POSITION: FULL-TIME LEGAL INTERN (PAID TRAINEE)
1. Position Overview
A full-time trainee position, directly participating in the case-handling process to transform academic knowledge into professional practice through foundational tasks such as research, synthesis, drafting, and case support.
Training in systematic legal thinking and professional output standards (memos, attendance notes, bundles, draft documents) – common workgroups in international law firm environments.
Development Goal: Establishing a foundation to become a Legal Associate/Lawyer within 12–24 months (depending on capability and staffing needs).
2. Job Description
(A) Research – Analysis – Reasoning
Conduct research on legal regulations and case law; cite sources correctly; prepare research/legal memos following the structure: Issue – Applicable Law – Analysis – Conclusion/Recommendation.
Synthesize documents, summarize case facts; create case timelines; identify strengths, weaknesses, and legal risks.
Prepare clarification questions and initial handling options for the supervising Lawyer’s review.
(B) Drafting – Reviewing Legal Documents
Draft initial versions of: advisory letters/emails, official dispatches, notices, petitions; draft contracts/clauses; basic procedural documents under guidance.
Support format checks, grounds, and consistency; standardize citations; cross-reference clauses; review layout errors.
Prepare minutes of meetings/working sessions/attendance notes following internal formats.
(C) Case Execution Support – External Work
Prepare dossiers for submission to authorities/courts/arbitration; create indexes; bind files; complete bundles according to checklists.
Assist Associates/Lawyers in negotiations, sessions with State authorities, court/arbitration hearings, or partner meetings as assigned.
Update case status; record to-do lists; monitor deadlines and provide professional reminders.
(D) Knowledge Management
Update legal documents and case law; build/standardize template libraries and practical notes.
Archive physical/digital records according to authorization standards; manage file naming and version control; ensure retrieval capability.
3. Requirements
Final-year student or Law graduate; experience in case handling (moot court, legal clinic, internship) is preferred.
Core Competencies: Research – Analysis – Writing; logical thinking; meticulousness, and deadline discipline.
Work Skills: Proficient in meeting notes, task synthesis, team coordination, and receiving/revising feedback through multiple rounds.
Tools: Word/Google Docs, Excel/Sheets; proficiency in Drive/Workspace is preferred.
Full-time commitment; absolute confidentiality of client/case information (even after the internship ends).
4. Benefits
Trainee Allowance: 3 – 8 million VNĐ/month (adjusted based on performance).

II. POSITION: LEGAL ASSOCIATE
1. Position Overview
A specialized (fee-earning) position responsible for executing advisory/transactional/dispute cases as assigned; ensuring output quality, standardized reasoning, risk management, and case progress.
Acts as the internal focal point coordinating with the supervising Lawyer and external point of contact for clients/partners/State authorities as authorized.
2. Job Description
(A) Corporate Advisory & Transactions
Research and analyze legal issues to provide recommendations; prepare advisory reports/legal opinions.
Draft/review contracts and transactional documents: NDA, SPA/SHA (if applicable), service agreements, commercial contracts; key terms, conditions precedent, payment mechanisms, indemnities, and waivers.
Perform or support legal due diligence; create issue lists and risk matrices; propose remedial measures and protective clauses in transactions.
Support corporate/investment procedures: registration changes, licensing, notices/reports, disclosures, and working with State authorities.
(B) Disputes – Litigation/Arbitration
Analyze dispute records; prepare case strategies; draft procedural documents; prepare evidence/bundles.
Participate in meetings with clients and partners; record attendance notes; coordinate with lawyers at court/arbitration hearings as required.
(C) Case Management & Client Service
Plan work schedules; manage deadlines; update case status; ensure timely and professional responses to clients.
Standardize filing, versioning, and archiving according to internal regulations; ensure information security.
Participate in knowledge development/internal training: sharing legal updates and building templates.
3. Requirements
Law degree graduate; experience in law firms or corporate legal departments is preferred.
Competency in Research – Analysis – Reasoning; standardized and structured document writing and presentation.
High sense of responsibility; honesty, meticulousness, and a learning mindset; ability to work under deadline pressure; good teamwork.
Preferred: Legal English; experience in M&A/Corporate/Contracts/Disputes.

III. POSITION: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
1. Position Overview
Ensure office operations run neatly, correctly, and on time, allowing the professional team to focus on legal work.
Handle reception and initial information coordination for clients/partners according to the Company’s operational procedures, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
2. Job Description
(A) Front Desk – Reception – Scheduling
Welcome clients/partners; guide entry/exit procedures; ensure polite and professional conduct; maintain confidentiality at the reception area.
Manage phone calls/switchboard and general emails; record requests; direct to the correct person/group; arrange appointments/meeting rooms.
Guest preparation: meeting rooms, refreshments, documents; support check-in/check-out and guidance for document signatures.
(B) Correspondence – Clerical – Archiving
Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence; log, scan, and stamp according to procedures; handle deliveries and track receipts.
Manage administrative filing and support case filing according to authorization; assign codes, create indexes, and handle handovers/retrievals.
Manage digital filing systems: standardized naming and directory structure; update versions; ensure rapid retrieval.
(C) Procurement – Expenses – Vendors
Manage office supplies, equipment, and pantry; track inventory; propose purchases; control costs within limits.
Act as the vendor contact: internet, electricity, water, cleaning, maintenance; monitor maintenance schedules and service acceptance; report issues.
Support administrative payment documents (payment requests, invoice/voucher collection) in coordination with accounting.
(D) Operational & Internal Support
Ensure office opening/closing on time; manage office security; monitor facility status and propose repairs.
